具体归纳为以下几点：
1、认真贯彻公司的经营方针，同时将公司的经营策略正确并及时的传达给每个员工，起好承上启下的桥梁作用。
2、做好员工的思想工作，团结好店内员工，充分调动和发挥员工的积极性，了解每一位员工的优点所在，并发挥其特长，做到量才适用。增强本店的凝聚力，使之成为一个团结的集体。
3、通过各种渠道了解同业信息，了解顾客的购物心理，做到知己知彼，心中有数，有的放矢，使我们的工作更具针对性，从而避免因此而带来的不必要的损失。
4、以身作则，做员工的表帅。不断的向员工灌输企业文化，教育员工有全局意识，做事情要从公司整体利益出发。
5、靠周到而细致的服务去吸引顾客。发挥所有员工的主动性和创作性，使员工从被动的“让我干”到积极的“我要干”。为了给顾客创造一个良好的购物环境，为公司创作更多的店长业绩，带领员工在以下几方面做好本职工作。
