一、勤奋学习，与时俱进
理论是行动的先导。作为电信基层服务人员，我深刻体会到理论学习不仅仅是任务，并且是一种职责，更是一种境界。一年来我坚持勤奋学习，努力提高理论水平，强化思维本事，注重用理论联系实际，用实践来锻炼自我。
1、注重克服思想上的“惰”性。坚持按制度，按计划进行理论学习。首先不把理论学习视为“软指标”和额外负担，自觉参加每季度的党课集中学习;其次是按自我的学习计划，坚持个人自学，发扬“钉子”精神，挤时间学，正确处理工作与学习的矛盾，不因工作忙而忽视学习，不因任务重而放松学习。

做为__车间的一名员工，我很自豪也很骄傲，因为我深知自我处在一个时时想安全，刻刻为安全的环境中。“进厂房必须抚摸静电导出柱，切换过滤器必须佩戴3M防毒口罩……”这些日常安全管理要求是每次交接班时安全员的口头禅。在车间，每位员工都会用“听、摸、闻、查、比”的方式给设备“看病”，因为智者是用经验防止事故，愚者是用事故总结经验，事故是能够避免的，就看你能否将安全进行到底。
“无危则安，无缺则全”，为了让生产更加安全，车间组织专项“跑冒滴漏”整治工作，在车间主任杨东的带领下，三大专业组和班组员工针对一台台设备、一个个阀门、一条条管线进行一一排查，不放过任何隐患的“生根发芽”。当发现有泄露的设备和管线时，第一时间进行讨论处理，并举一反三，将类似问题进行解决。对无法处理的隐患，车间要求做成隐患排查专项台账，制定整改措施、落实整改人和整改期限，为安全生产保驾护航。
