I was graduated from university. my major is .and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.
I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.
In July 20xx, I begin work for as a technical support engineer in Guangzhou city.
Because I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.
Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging.

多年的驾校教练工作，使我深刻地明白，作为一名“安全驾驶的引路人”，“学员的.启蒙老师”，我肩负着神圣的使命和社会责任。多年来我一直严守职业道德，牢记教练员的从业理念，责任如山，要向社会输送安全的驾驶员而不是“马路杀手”。现自我评价如下：
一、牢记教练员的从业理念，树立良好的安全意识。
在驾驶培训的各个环节中，我将安全意识的培养贯穿于整个培训过程中，让学员才能从一开始就树立“遵章守法，文明礼让行车”的安全意识，杜绝违法驾驶行为;规范讲解、示范动作要领，正确解答学员的疑问，及时纠正学员的错误，让学员养成规范操作的习惯;只有这样，学员才能够获得丰富的驾驶经验，具备良好的心理素质，确保行车的安全。树立“安全意识”、养成“安全驾驶习惯”。
二、努力学习专业知识，练就扎实的基本功。
我深知，作为一名合格的教练员要有合理的知识结构和丰富的专业知识储备，要通晓道路交通安全法律法规、不断更新车辆技术知识，所以我常常利用业余时间，自觉加强业务学习、巩固专业知识。在驾驶培训过程中，我不仅教学员怎么做，更重要的是教学员为什么这样做。
三、因材施教，努力提高教学效果。
在组织教学和操作技能的示范过程中，我总是根据不同性格、不同性别、不同年龄、不同职业的学员选择合适的教学方法和沟通方式，从而增加学员学习的积极性，来达到良好的教学效果。(简单鉴定从教成绩。)
四、耐心讲解、示范、指导，营造愉快的学车环境。
在训练场上，我总是耐心地给学员讲解相关的理论知识，与学员保持良好的沟通，形成伙伴式的教学关系。面对不同层次的学员，能够认真对待和回答，工作中，学员在学车出现错误时，我总会立即与学员分析原因，耐心指导。在教学中从不使用粗鲁和责怪的语言，为学员创造一个轻松愉快的学车环境。
五、以身作则，廉洁从教。
“身教重于言教”，在教学中要多给学员做示范，耐心对待每一位学员，绝不向学员“吃拿卡要”，向不正之风出说不。

当然，在教授学院过程中，我也存在不足。
1.还需不断学习，丰富驾驶理论知识。
2.有时候也会对学员发发脾气。
俗话说，“铁打的营盘流水的兵”，驾校每天都有新学员加入，所以，作为一名已有__年教龄的教练，要想把学员教好，得到学员的尊重和信任，只有从自身做起，加强职业道德修养，不断鉴定教学经验，才能做好每位学员的良师益友。
