我想大家认识我了吧，但十几天的相处大家还并不了解我，但这个没关系，以后相处的时间还长，大家慢慢了解，那我就直接进主题，我今天竟选的职务是班长，接下来我谈一下我对班长的认识。
班长是一个班的核心，是连接老师和同学之间的纽带，而我愿意当任这条纽带，努力把我们建立成一个真正为同学们服务，同学们也真正热爱的集体!要想实现这些构想，我认为作为班长应具备这些能力：良好的沟通能力,协调能力和组织能力，而我对自己在这几方面的能力还是很有自信的!
那我就说一下我竞选班长的原因：
第一：我希望为大家服务。如果我能当上班长，我愿意为每位同学解决任何琐碎的事情，让同学们都能轻松的学习，愉快的度过我们美好的大学时光!
第二：我想锻炼自己。如果我能当上班长，我希望每位同学都能监督并指导我的工作，我愿意在同学们的督促下变的更强，成为真正能为我们班独挡一面的班长!
第三：我有过当班长的经验，在高中我曾担任过班长，虽然高中时代的班长与大学时代的班长所承载的含义有所不同，但有一点是相通的，那就是无论在那个时期当班长，都必须具有强烈的责任感，对于这一点我对自己相当自信!所以请大家相信我，也请大家给我一次机会，我将用实际行动证明我不但能当好高中时代的班长，更能胜任大学时代的班长!
第四：我很自信，也很沉稳，虚心。我认为作为班长一定要自信，因为班长代表着一个班的精神风貌，这点很重要!其实这一路走来，我一直用自信，沉稳，虚心的心态认真完成每一个工作，做好每一件小事。如果我能当上班长，我也将继续保持下去!
最后我想说，也许我没有刘登科那么有磁性的声音和良好的口才，但寸有所长，尺有所短，我有激情作为动力，有能力作为保障，还有强烈的合作意识和团队精神，如果我当上班长，我愿意和各位班委配合好，在课余时间积极举办各种活动，既让大家学习好，有又让大家玩的好!我相信只要我们大家齐心协力，积极配合，我们的大学生活一定会过的丰富多才，有滋有味的!让吕老师在带下一届师弟师妹的时候也能自豪的说：这是当年英本二班在举行……活动呢!还可以再我们若干年以后聚会的时候能够聊起很多有趣的事，或者在我们老的时候一边坐着摇椅慢慢摇，一边回忆着每个精彩的瞬间，那是很幸福的……
